How does the client intake process work?
You have the option to schedule a coaching session through the "Schedule an Alignment Session" calendly scheduler. If you are not sure if coaching is the best approach towards your goals, there's another option to schedule a 15 minute consultation at no cost. How frequently should I schedule coaching sessions?
The frequency of coaching sessions is up to you. Some clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly check ins for close accountability over their development and goals, while others prefer connecting on a less frequent monthly or bi-monthly basis to asses their overall direction and progress.
What to do if no time slots are available this month?
If no time slots are available for this upcoming month, the coach is currently booked. Any cancellations or time slots that become available will reappear on the calendar, so feel free to check again at a later time. For availability concerns or questions, reach out to: abbiemerker@gmail.com
Reschedules and cancelations
All reschedules or cancelations must be made 12 hours before the appointment time. If a reschedule is not made before 12 hours of the appointment time, a 50% refund will be issued and a new session will need to be booked.
Refunds for coaching
The coach and the client agree to start and finish the session on time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late to the coaching session, the coach will assume the session has been canceled and the client will receive a refund of 50% of the session fee. The session will then need to be rescheduled.
